Join us for this family fun event which includes a 5K fun run, 1.5 mile Awareness Walk, Kids Fun Run, and numerous kid's activities.

Registration Fees

Adult Awareness Walk (ages 17 & above)  $30
Adult 5K and Awareness Walk (ages 17 & above)  $35
Kids 5K or want an event shirt (ages 5-16)  $10
Kids who would NOT like an event shirt (ages 16 and under)  Free
After September 12th adult prices will increase by $5 and adult and kids will not receive an event shirt!

ATTENTION HEART FAMILIES!

Lasting Imprint will be hosting a get together at 6:00 p.m the night before the event on September 27th at The Children's Museum of Southern Minnesota. Food will be provided by Pub 500.This is a great opportunity for everyone to spend time getting to know each other before the big day! We have 5 free rooms for Friday night for those families traveling a long distance. Once again we would like to display posters along the walk route to share our CHD stories. Posters must be received no later than the night of September 27th in order to be displayed during the event.

If you or your child has not yet received a "CHD Warrior" or "my CHD Warrior has wings" shirt please let us know as we will be placing an order so they arrive in time for the event. Lasting Imprint covers the cost of these shirts so there is no expense to your family.
